SSA Disability Programs: Facilitating Employment,
An Interactive Symposium

The Disability Research Institute (DRI) will be holding its 2004 Symposium, SSA Disability Programs: Facilitating Employment, on March 16, 2004 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The Symposium will bring together nationally recognized leaders from the research, federal government, and disability communities to discuss the disability determination process, return to work and transition to work for individuals with disabilities, and the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Program as they relate to facilitating employment. The Symposium will be interactive with panel discussions and audience participation addressing these important topics. Related DRI-sponsored research projects will be presented in poster sessions that maximize opportunities for interactive discussion.

Hotel Information

The Symposium hotel is the Washington Hotel, Pennsylvania & 15 th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20004, (202) 638-5900; Fax: (202) 638-1594. For your convenience, a limited block of rooms at the special conference rate of Single: $150.00 and Double: $170.00 (plus taxes) will be held until February 23, 2004. Ask for the University of Illinois rate to receive these prices. Please note that space is limited and this rate may not be available after February 23, 2004.
